  I had a compact European made mid-range speaker with a tweeter in need of repair as part of jukebox restoration project. I was ready to give up on finding a decent repair . Fortunately, Robert Gipson at Design Engineering came to the rescue. Two weeks later, the job was done and the speaker sounded great. At the same time, I was looking to upgrade the speakers in the living room. Robert recommended a pair of Paradigm speakers. I am very satisfied with them. Robert was a pleasure to work with. He guaranties his work and was open to a return if the speakers did not work out. Moreover, he is very knowledgeable about speakers and cares have about what he sells.
