  The shopping center has a few stores worth a look. It also has a Bank of America. Deedees discount is a definitely worth a look. Alameda county social services are located inside the mall, and their main purpose is to assist people...they are doing great work and so long as you are respectful, they will show you the same.

  It's like no other mall I've ever been in my life. This two story building is the hub of many health and social services type of agencies. Outside on the MacArthur Street side is the ACTransit bus transfer station and the McDonalds. The Bancroft Street side is the shopping area and has more restaurants.
