  8 years ago my husband and I were fortunate to have had Jeff at Sahadi Jewelers create our wedding ring set. My ring was particularly challenging as it meant combining an heirloom ring with a new ring as well as two individual diamonds belonging to my maid of honor who passed away shortly after. The ring came out more beautifully than I could have imagined. Recently i brought in a watch to Sahadi, now owned by Jennifer Sahadi, Jeff's wife, that had a broken crystal. The crystal was fixed to my satisfaction but unfortunately soon after I paid for it, we discovered another problem with it. I had mentioned to Jennifer when I first brought in my watch that I didn't want to pour more money into the watch. Rather than charging me extra for the repair, she offered to not charge me since I had already paid for the crystal but without the rest of the repair, it would have been worthless. She clearly was listening and understood my dilemma. That's what I call good service. Thank you Jennifer. You've earned a customer for life!
