They will put the blame on you for incorrect orders placed by them, they do not need your business and act as they do you a favor by serving you. We filed with the BBB. One edit a week after the review: JL has agreed to reimburse the wrong tub that was sent and returned. We are still waiting for the correct replacement, but at least we won't lose money.
