  I recently bought flooring from Simple Floors and the sales people were very helpful and the floors look great when as installed. A problem occurred with Simple Floors, however, when their installers Eagle Flooring put one hole in the wall and another hole in a cabinet. Simple Floors thought I was making too big of a deal with my complaint and although Jamie promised to pay for these repairs he did not. Although the repair of these damages was minor in comparison to the cost of the flooring, I think Simple Floors should have stood up for me and made sure I was compensated. Because Simple Floors only does installation with Eagle Floors I would not again do business with them. Michele A.
