  this goes to customers and employees....the walk in is for phones, phone accessories, and to pay your bill. I witnessed a worker try to explain a phone charge, when clearly he had no idea why or how to solve it. another cust. was having a long and drawn out conversation about what he did for a living and the tmobile rep was just listening kept saying yep...yep. 15 min wait for 2 min transaction to pay my bill, i have auto pay but opted to pop in while walking by. please call cust. about bill issues, that's what they do.......
